nAbout the Role:
nAs a Senior Manager in the Oracle ERP/EPM Engineering team, you will lead and manage a team of Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers in Hyderabad. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and career development, ensuring that team members are engaged, supported, and growing in alignment with global ERP/EPM transformation. You will be the local leader, working closely with US-based managers to connect business priorities with team outcomes

- Lead and manage a high-performing ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.n
- Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.n
- Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.n
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.n
- Act as the in office leader,



ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.n
- Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.n
- Support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.n
