nThe role ensures initiatives are defined with a transparent understanding of end-to-end process impact, commercial value, operational readiness, business ownership and adoption requirements before delivery begins.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Analysis & Process Improvement Leads and Analysts.n
- Build capability in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, requirements definition and benefit tracking.n
- Set consistent standards for process mapping, current-state analysis, future-state design, requirements, documentation and handover.n




- Coach the team to connect process change and delivery activity to measurable business outcomes.n
- Ensure team outputs are practical, commercially relevant and focused on decisions, action and value.n
- Build a team culture focused on clarity, accountability, continuous improvement and business impact.n

- Ensure priority initiatives are shaped around clear business problems, expected value and measurable outcomes.n
- Oversee work from problem definition through to process redesign, delivery readiness, adoption and benefit tracking.n
- Ensure process improvement considers the full end-to-end value chain, including upstream inputs, downstream impacts, handoffs, decision points, controls and ownership.n
