nSAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise
n
- n
- Provide functional and technical consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Learning to enable enterprise learning, compliance training and talent development processes.n
- Configure and maintain the Learning Administration environment including items, courses, curricula, programs, learning plans and learning history.n
- Set up and manage instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), scheduled offerings, resources, facilities, and enrollment/registration workflows.n
- Configure online content (SCORM/AICC/Tin Can-xAPI), content packages, and integration with the SuccessFactors iContent / content repository.n
- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, surveys,



exams and evaluations.n
- Configure competencies, qualifications, curricula and requirement-based compliance/certification tracking with automatic reassignment.n
- Set up notifications, automatic processes (APM), user connectors, and scheduled jobs.n
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), admin security roles, domains and workflows for learning administration.n
- Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and learning analytics (Plateau Report Designer / BIRT / Reporting).n
- Manage learning content and catalog administration, approval processes, and learning assignment profiles.n
- Prepare functional/technical design documents and support testing, cutover and hypercare activities.n
