nWe're a global storytelling media platform focused on the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. We are building a strong media, events, and leadership community platform around one of the most talked-about and fastest-growing areas in the global business landscape.
nThe Role
nWe are looking for an independent, proactive, and highly organised Events & Community Manager to own GCC Pulse's events and community initiatives.
nYou will manage roundtables, webinars, leadership events, networking programs, and community initiatives from planning through execution and post-event engagement, while building relationships with GCC leaders and other key stakeholders.
nWhat You'll Do

- Own event planning and execution, including speakers, participants, logistics, partners, and follow-upn
- Build and engage relationships with GCC leaders and professionalsn
- Manage and grow community initiatives and member engagementn
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners, venues, vendors, and other stakeholdersn




- Work with editorial and marketing teams to create content opportunities around eventsn
- Develop and execute current event and community ideasn
- Maintain relevant databases, calendars, trackers, and reportsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in events, community, media, publishing, conferences, B2B marketing, or a related fieldn
- Candidates from a similar industry / field will be given preferencen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Strong organisational and execution abilitiesn
- Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and business leadersn
- Independent, self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownershipn
- A problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructionsn
- Comfortable using new-age productivity, AI and digital tools to work smarter and improve executionn
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases and digital community tools; able to
