nRole Purpose
nResponsible for a leading a Team of 500+ Field Personnel and driving business growth, market expansion, and sales excellence across the India region, with primary accountability for the Gynecology, Respiratory and General Therapy products. The role will to lead Zonal as well as regional sales teams, strengthen market penetration, develop key customer relationships, and ensure achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.

- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets across India region.n
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.n
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to maximize business potential.n




- Ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and promotional campaigns across assigned territories.n
- Monitor territory-wise performance and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity.n

nTeam Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Managers, Area Managers, and front-line sales teams.n
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, and customer engagement.n
- Identify talent, drive succession planning, and strengthen leadership pipeline within the region.n
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team effectiveness and customer engagement quality.n

nStakeholder Management

- Develop solid relationships with key Gynaecologists, Obstetricians, Physicians, and influential healthcare professionals.n
- Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, nursing homes, and institutional customers.n
