nMGM Healthcare is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead nursing operations at our new unit in Alwarpet, Chennai.
nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall nursing operations and patient care servicesn
- Ensure high standards of clinical nursing practice and patient safetyn
- Drive compliance with NABH & hospital quality standardsn
- Manage nursing manpower, deployment, rosters and productivityn
- Mentor and develop nursing teamsn
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams and hospital leadershipn
- Monitor nursing KPIs,



audits and quality initiativesn
- Ensure effective implementation of nursing policies, protocols and SOPsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Experienced nursing leader with strong hospital exposuren
- Proven experience managing nursing teamsn
- Strong knowledge of clinical quality and patient safetyn
- Excellent leadership and communication skillsn
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferredn
