nAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a Social Media Manager to build and grow Gnxtace's social presence from the ground up. This isn't a role where you simply manage a content calendar or wait for briefs.
nWe're looking for someone who can think, bring ideas, experiment, execute and build — someone who understands how brands communicate, what makes people stop scrolling, and how social media can contribute to a growing business.
nYou'll work closely with the leadership, design, content and marketing teams to shape how Gnxtace shows up across social platforms.
nWhat You'll Own

- Build and execute Gnxtace's overall social media strategyn
- Develop content ideas, themes, formats and campaignsn
- Own the social media calendar from planning to publishingn
- Create strong and relevant content around our work, people, products, culture and point of viewn
- Develop Gnxtace's tone of voice and social personalityn
- Work closely with designers,



content and marketing teams to turn ideas into contentn
- Identify trends, conversations and opportunities relevant to the brandn
- Experiment with current content formats, platforms and distribution ideasn
- Manage community engagement and audience interactionsn
- Track social performance, identify what is working and improve continuouslyn
- Build monthly/weekly content and performance reportsn
- Support campaigns, launches, events and business initiatives through social median
- Help build the personal/leadership brand presence of the company where relevantn
- Stay updated with changes in social platforms, content formats, AI tools and emerging digital trendsn
