nSikka Group is looking for a dynamic, experienced and results-driven professional to lead the Group's Retail & Commercial Leasing function across its portfolio of commercial and retail developments in Delhi/NCR and Dehradun.
nThe ideal candidate will have 15+ years of proven experience in retail and commercial leasing, with a strong track record of driving occupancy, revenue growth, tenant acquisition, brand partnerships and asset value creation across malls, high streets, commercial developments and mixed-use projects.
nThe candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of the retail and commercial real estate market, strong relationships with leading national, regional and international brands, and the ability to develop and execute effective leasing strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.
nThis is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the leasing function, from strategy and business development through negotiations,



documentation, handover and tenant activation.
nThe candidate will be responsible for making Sikka Group's retail and commercial assets highly competitive, well-occupied and commercially successful, while building a robust leasing platform and brand network that supports the Group's long-term growth across Delhi/NCR and Dehradun.
nKey Responsibilities:
nDevelop and implement the overall Retail & Commercial Leasing strategy for the Sikka Group' portfolio.
nEstablish leasing plans, targets and timelines for each asset based on its positioning, location and commercial potential.
nDrive occupancy, rental revenue, leasing velocity and asset value appreciation.
