nWe’re looking for a Business Development cum Client Servicing Manager (4–8 Years) who can drive new business, build strong client relationships, and take ownership of accounts from the first conversation to successful execution.

What you’ll do:n• Identify and develop new business opportunities
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
n• Understand client objectives and translate them into effective marketing solutions
n• Lead client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
n• Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout projects
n• Coordinate with creative, production, digital, and post-production teams for timely execution
n• Drive client retention, repeat business, and account growth
n• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services
n• Track business pipelines, follow-ups, proposals, and closures




n• Take ownership of revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency

Mandatory (sorry, but yes):n• 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Advertising, Marketing, Digital, Media, or related industries
n• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
n• Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
n• Proven ability to manage clients and close business opportunities
n• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, digital media, and advertising
n• A proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
