nResponsibilities

- Define technical specifications and high-level designs for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.n
- Establish overall technical architecture for projects and advise on optimal use of SAP technologies.n
- Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers.n
- Lead development teams, provide technical direction, and mentor junior developers.n
- Oversee integration of SAP modules and external applications for seamless data flow and functionality.n
- Conduct system performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.n
- Support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and provide ongoing technical support.n
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications, adhering to industry best practices.n

- Collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, and project managers.n
- Evaluate technical risks, identify gaps, and propose creative solutions.n
- Develop and manage data migration plans; provide technical direction for data management frameworks.n
- Ensure SAP environment security, compliance, and governance.n
- Provide effort estimates, identify skill requirements, and manage deliverables to ensure timely, on-budget project completion.n
- Offer strategic guidance on SAP growth, cloud adoption, and modernization initiatives.n

nRequirements

- Experience: 10+ years in SAP ABAP development and architecture.n
- Core Skills: OOP, ALV, BAPI, BADI, ALE, IDOCs.n
- S4HANA Expertise: Migrations (brownfield/greenfield), CDS views, ABAP remediation (7.4+).n
- Integration Technologies: CPI, PIPO, SAP Integration Suite.n
- Methodologies: Strong SDLC knowledge; Agile/Scrum experience.n
