Position Requirements
You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutions Responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solutions Provide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Allocation Rules,
Cost Pools and Profitability Modeling Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closure Will be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle PCM/PCMCS Lead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenure Work independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external) Valuable understanding of Allocation rules, and Profitability & Cost Management processes Desired Skills/Must have skills
Candidate should possess
5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background. Worked on at least 2 PCM/PCMCS Implementations Good understanding of Allocation Rules, Drivers, Cost Pools, Traceability and Reporting in PCMCS Experience in building Allocation Models and Multi-dimensional Profitability Analysis Good communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidence Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
