We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with robust customer-facing delivery experience to manage enterprise application support and platform delivery from offshore, working closely with US-based customers and onsite teams.
Primary Skills Required
Strong customer-facing delivery management experience Background in hands-on technical roles earlier in career — Developer, Dev Ops Engineer, Automation Engineer Experience managing application support, deployment, validation/testing, web hosting, automation, enhancements, releases, and service improvement initiatives using AI tools Strong understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, databases, Dev Ops, CI/CD, monitoring, cloud/hybrid hosting, and infrastructure dependencies Excellent communication, governance, escalation handling,



and stakeholder management skills Experience managing onsite-offshore distributed technical teams Hands-on experience with fullstack development, tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, and executive reporting/presentations Exposure to customer governance, risk management, release coordination, incident reviews, RCA, and action tracking Roles & Responsibilities
