nengagement, CRM, sales processes, and the day-to-day coordination required to deliver a

nRole Overview
nThis is a client-facing role supporting conversations, relationships, and sales processes across
nV&N; Luxury. You will work closely with the founders and senior team members to ensure
nthat every client interaction is organised, responsive, discreet, and personalised.

- Maintain and update CRM systems with client preferences, interests, interactions, andn

nfollow-ups
n• Support the sales journey — from initial conversations and enquiries through
nviewings, follow-ups, and transaction coordination
n• Coordinate appointments, private viewings, product information, quotations,
ndocumentation, and client communication
n• Assist with inventory tracking and coordination across watches, automobiles, bags,
nart, and other collectible categories
n• Maintain accurate records of client requirements, leads, enquiries, and pending
nactions
n• Support senior team members with client presentations, research, product information,
nand sales materials
n• Build familiarity with luxury products, provenance, pricing, and the nuances of each
ncategory
n• Ensure timely and polished follow-up with clients and maintain a high standard of
