nRoles and Responsibilities
n1. Brand Strategy & Product Alignment
n● Internalize Brand DNA: Deeply understand the target consumer demographic, price
narchitecture (margin limitations), and aesthetic expectations for the brand.
n● Maintain Fit Consistency: Master the brand's product categories and standardized Fit
nBlocks to ensure global fit integrity is delivered to the end consumer.
n2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
n● Lead the Design Handshake: Review design tech packs to ensure all technical
ninformation is comprehensive, accurate, and clearly translated for vendors and the COE
n(Center of Excellence).
n● Stakeholder Alignment: Establish seamless communication channels across Sourcing,
nDesign, Brand Management, and internal l
