nIf you've spent the last few years managing too many brands, filling content calendars, chasing trends and measuring success by whether you posted enough this month - this role is probably going to feel different.
nWe're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands restaurants and F&B; beyond Instagram.
nSomeone who can walk into a restaurant, understand what makes it interesting, find the stories hiding inside the business, and turn those stories into content people want to watch, save, share - and eventually experience for themselves.
nThis is not a high-volume social media role.
nIt is a chance to work closely on a smaller but high-stakes portfolio of hospitality brands, go deeper into each business and build social media that contributes to brand relevance, desirability, discovery and growth.

nThere are plenty of social media roles where you can manage 10-20 accounts. This isn't one of them.

nYou will work closely with restaurant founders, chefs and hospitality teams and be involved much earlier than the point at which somebody says: "We need six reels for next month."
nYou'll understand the brand strategy. You'll understand the guest.
nYou'll understand the restaurant, the food, the people behind it and what the business is trying to achieve.
nThen you'll decide what the brand should be saying - and how social media can bring that to life.
nFor the right person, this is an prospect to move from managing social media to becoming someone who can build hospitality brands through content.
