- Portfolio Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce implementations, ensuring they meet organizational standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.n
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for Implementation Leads and Administrators.n
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.n
- Strategic Road mapping: Collaborate with senior leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with the broader company vision and long-term digital transformation goals.n
- Project Governance: Define and enforce implementation methodologies (Agile/Scrum), documentation standards, and QA protocols across all projects.n
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as a point of escalation for project risks. Manage relationships with externaln
- Salesforce partners and third-party vendors to ensure accountability.n
- Resource Planning: Forecast staffing needs and allocate technical resources across projects to maximize efficiency and prevent burnout.n




- Change Management Strategy: Lead the organizational change management (OCM) strategy to ensure high user adoption and ROI post-deployment.n
- Process Optimization: Continuously audit and improve the implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery to post-launch support.n

- Experience: 14+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3–5 years in a formal leadership or people management role.n
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) certifications are required. Project Management Qualified (PMP) or Agile (CSM) certifications are highly preferred.n
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into multi-year technical roadmaps.n
