About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to build and grow Gnxtace's social presence from the ground up. This isn't a role where you simply manage a content calendar or wait for briefs.
We're looking for someone who can think, bring ideas, experiment, execute and build — someone who understands how brands communicate, what makes people stop scrolling, and how social media can contribute to a growing business.
You'll work closely with the leadership, design, content and marketing teams to shape how Gnxtace shows up across social platforms.
What You'll Own
Build and execute Gnxtace's overall social media strategy Develop content ideas, themes, formats and campaigns Own the social media calendar from planning to publishing Create strong and relevant content around our work, people, products, culture and point of view Develop Gnxtace's tone of voice and social personality Work closely with designers, content and marketing teams to turn ideas into content Identify trends,



conversations and opportunities relevant to the brand Experiment with new content formats, platforms and distribution ideas Manage community engagement and audience interactions Track social performance, identify what is working and improve continuously Build monthly/weekly content and performance reports Support campaigns, launches, events and business initiatives through social media Help build the personal/leadership brand presence of the company where relevant Stay updated with changes in social platforms, content formats, AI tools and emerging digital trends What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing Experience working with startups, agencies or growing brands Proven experience building or significantly improving a brand's social presence Solid understanding of Instagram, Linked In and other relevant social platforms Strong content sense — you
