nLocation: Kolkata, West Bengal ( Region head: East & NE ).

nReporting to : President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.
nGrade / Level : Vice President.
nExperience : 15 to 20 years in steel Industry, from Tier 1 or Tier 2 brands only.

nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Vice President.
n

nResponsibilities
n

- n
- Own the regional P&L.; Deliver volume, contribution margin and counter share for the region under the national framework.n
- Lead the Zonal Head. Set targets for 3 to 4 Zonal Heads, run the review cadence, and build a 60-plus team that performs.n
- Drive district and counter execution. Take share at the counter through disciplined district plans, reach and range, not through price wars.n
- Manage cost and productivity. Hold fixed cost and team productivity to plan,



so the region grows profitably as it scales.n
- Lead the West Bengal model (East & NE). For East & NE, drive the 2X West Bengal play through the two Bengal Zonal Heads and make it the template other regions follow.n
- Develop the market and the team. Grow the channel, the counters and the next line of leaders across the region.n

- 15 to 20 years from Tier 1 or Tier 2 brands only .n
- MBA preferred across all regions.n

- n
- Must have led a team of at least 60, with 3 to 4 direct reports at Zonal Head level.n
- Proven regional P&L; ownership, with growth delivered on contribution margin, not tonnage alone.n
- Deep command of district and counter-level execution and counter-share gain.n
- A leader who builds teams and the next line of leaders, and runs on data and a clear review cadence.n
