nJob Description
nWe are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with strong TMT steel industry experience to drive sales and business development across Chennai and the assigned region.
n

nTMT STEEL EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. Candidates from other building-material industries will NOT be considered.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual TMT steel sales targets .n
- Develop and manage a strong network of TMT steel dealers, distributors, stockists, and retailers .n
- Develop business with builders, contractors, developers, and project customers .n
- Identify new markets, dealers, projects, and business opportunities.n
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.n




- Prepare territory-wise sales plans and ensure effective market coverage.n
- Build strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and influencers.n
- Monitor order booking, dispatches, collections, outstanding payments, and sales pipeline .n
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor dealer performance.n
- Track TMT steel market prices, competitor activities, schemes, and market trends .n
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.n
- Resolve dealer/customer issues and ensure robust customer relationships.n
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence, and management reports.n
- Drive dealer expansion and improve market share in the assigned territory.n

- Graduate / MBA preferred.n
- Minimum 815 years of sales experience specifically in the TMT steel industry. n
