Job Description
The AGM/DGM – ERM will support the Chief Risk Officer in building and operationalizing the
nenterprise risk management framework across Jindal Steel. The role will focus on risk identification,
nassessment, monitoring, and mitigation across financial, operational, and compliance domains.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. ERM Framework Implementation & Governance
n- Support implementation of ERM framework (COSO, ISO 31000)
n- Develop risk policies, SOPs, governance structures
n- Drive risk awareness across organization
n

n2. Risk Identification & Assessment
n- Identify financial, operational, compliance risks
n- Maintain risk registers and heat maps
n- Track KRIs and risk appetite
n

n3. Risk Mitigation & Monitoring




n- Track mitigation plans
n- Monitor controls across finance processes
n- Escalate key risks
n

n4. Risk Reporting & Analytics
n- Prepare dashboards for leadership
n- Maintain risk registers and reporting
n

n5. Stakeholder Management
n- Work with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Audit, Operations
n

n6. Business Continuity
n- Support financial continuity planning
n

nQualifications & Experience
nCA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred with 10–12 years of work experience.
