The role is responsible for strengthening and consistently expressing the Nuvama brand across internal and business communication touchpoints. It will lead communication campaigns end-to-end, translating organizational and business priorities into transparent, creative and engaging communication. The role will partner with multiple internal stakeholders, creative teams and agencies to develop high-quality communication across formats and channels. As a Brand Custodian, the role will ensure adherence to brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice and brand principles. The role will also identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and brand impact through meaningful communication. Success will be measured through campaign effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, quality of execution and consistency of brand expression.

Functional Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute internal brand and communication campaigns across Nuvama, working closely with multiple internal functions.
- Understand business and organizational requirements and translate them into clear,



creative and engaging communication ideas.
- Own campaigns end-to-end—from brief understanding and ideation to messaging, creative development, execution and post-campaign evaluation.
- Partner with different teams across the organization to develop communication for employee initiatives, culture, engagement, business priorities and organizational programmed.
- Act as a Brand Custodian for Nuvama, ensuring all internal and external communication is aligned with brand guidelines, visual identity, tone of voice and brand principles.
- Review communication and creative assets developed by internal teams and agencies to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Work closely with the design team, agencies and other creative partners to translate ideas into effective communication across emailers, digital assets, videos, presentations, events, OOH and other formats.
