NThe ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technology leadership, delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing large engineering teams and delivering complex BFS solutions.

- 18-22 years of experience in software engineering, delivery, and technology leadership. N
- Minimum 8+ years of experience managing large engineering organizations. N
- Strong experience leading teams of 100+ professionals across multiple programs. N
- Proven success in BFS technology delivery and digital transformation initiatives. N
- Robust understanding ofcloud platforms (AWS, Azure,



GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern architecture patterns. N
- Expertise in Agile delivery models and engineering best practices. N

- Exposure to large captive centers, global delivery models, and distributed teams. N
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L;, revenue growth, and account expansion. N
