What Youll Do:

- Lead, hire, mentor, and developengineering and SRE teams supporting cybersecurity automation platforms.n
- Owndelivery and operational outcomes for security products and services, including reliability, performance, and security.n
- Partner withPrincipal Engineers and Architects to translate technical strategy into executable roadmaps.n
- Drive adoption ofautomation-first and reliability-first practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and SRE disciplines.n
- Establish and governDevOps and SRE practices, including SLOs, incident management, change management, and postmortems.n
- Overseesecurity architecture and design reviews, ensuring secure-by-design implementation across platforms.n
- GuideAI and ML usage within security automation, including governance, risk awareness, and compliance alignment.n
- Set and enforcecloud platform standards across AWS and Azure (architecture, IAM, cost, IaC).n
- Track and communicatedelivery, reliability, and security KPIs with transparency and accountability.n
- Collaborate withproduct, cybersecurity,



cloud, and compliance stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business needs.n
- Foster a culture ofengineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.n

nWhat Youll Bring:

- n
- 10-15+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, software engineering, or platform engineering roles.n
- 5-8+ years of people management experience, leading and scaling technical teams.n
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.n
- Experience delivering and operatingcloud-native, security-critical platforms.n
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains, includingidentity, development, DevOps, and automation.n
- Hands-on familiarity withAWS and / or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.n
- Experience managingSRE practices, including incident response, SLOs, and operational reviews.n
