Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to support and accelerate the growth of our security services business across Mumbai.
The candidate should have a strong background in business development, corporate sales, or client acquisition , preferably within the private security or allied services industry, and should be comfortable travelling extensively across Mumbai for lead generation, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and business closures.
The role requires a professional who can independently identify opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, maintain a solid sales pipeline, and contribute directly to new business acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai and surrounding markets.
- Generate qualified leads through market visits,



networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry contacts, and corporate prospecting.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Develop relationships with Administration Heads, Facility Managers, Security Heads, Procurement Teams, Business Owners, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand client security requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable service proposals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects and upcoming opportunities.
