Growth Strategy, M&A; and AI Transformation

About the Role:

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Manager, Growth Strategy, M&A; and AI Transformation to work closely with the Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer in shaping and executing the organization's next phase of growth. The role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, new business creation, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-wide AI transformation. The successful candidate will combine structured strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and will receive significant exposure to senior leadership, founders, investors, external advisers, acquisition targets, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recent Business and Growth Strategy
- Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to define the Strategy, ambition, value proposition, and business model for a new business vertical.
- Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, opportunity sizing, and business-case development.
- Translate strategic priorities into initiatives, implementation plans,



milestones, resource requirements, and performance measures.
- Identify organic and inorganic opportunities that can accelerate growth and strengthen the organization's market position.
- Support go-to-market plans, operating models, commercial frameworks, and financial projections for the new vertical.

2. Strategy Execution and Programmed Management
- Programme-manage strategic workstreams arising from the organization's growth agenda.
- Establish clear governance, ownership, timelines, decision points, dependencies, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain execution momentum.
- Prepare structured, decision-oriented updates for the CEO, CGO and senior leadership.
- Ensure strategic plans translate into measurable business outcomes.
