Our experience centre uses immersive technologies including 1:1 Projection, Walk the Plan, VR and AR to help customers visualize their spaces, validate designs and make informed decisions before investing in construction. We are looking for a B2C Sales Executive who is highly motivated by targets, comfortable speaking with customers and capable of converting enquiries into appointments and bookings. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Conversion Handle daily outbound calls and follow-ups. Respond to and convert incoming customer enquiries. Follow up with leads received through WhatsApp. Handle website enquiries. Respond to enquiries generated through Instagram and Facebook. Follow up on Google-generated enquiries. Handle walk-in enquiries at the experience centre.



Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Explain pricing, packages and service offerings clearly. Convert qualified prospects into bookings. Maintain consistent follow-up until the lead reaches a defined outcome. Client Meetings & Presentations Conduct client presentations. Conduct experience-centre/studio presentations. Attend site visits when required. Meet architects and interior designers associated with customer projects. Attend builder and property developer meetings when required. Present Dream Space Hub's solutions in a explicit and compelling manner. Understand customer requirements and communicate the relevant benefits of the service.
