We work with corporate customers for employee gifting, festive gifting, client gifting, promotional merchandise, events, conferences and customized corporate requirements.
As we scale our B2B business, we are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who can build a solid sales pipeline and convert prospects into business opportunities.
THE ROLE
This is not a traditional telecalling role.
We are looking for a sales professional who can take ownership of the complete inside-sales funnel:
Lead → Qualification → Requirement → Engagement → Meeting → Opportunity → Quotation → Follow-up → Order
The person will work closely with the Digital Marketing and BDM teams and will be responsible for turning leads and prospects into genuine sales opportunities and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Conversion
- Handle leads generated through:
- LinkedIn campaigns
- Website enquiries
- Digital marketing
- Sales databases
- Referrals
- Existing customer references
- Contact prospects and understand their requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, quantity, timeline and decision-maker.
- Prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Ensure timely and systematic follow-up.
2. Corporate Prospecting
Proactively identify and approach target companies across:
- IT & ITES
- BFSI
- Manufacturing
- Pharma & Healthcare
- Real Estate
- Consulting
- Education
- Start-ups
- Large corporates
- Other organizations with recurring gifting requirements
