nPosition Summary:
n The Service Delivery Organization is committed to business technology support, service management, risk management, and relationship management in support of all applications and infrastructure towers. As a member of the Service Delivery Organization, the Technical Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Leader, Systems Analysts, Business Users, and Application and Infrastructure support teams to develop, document and deliver process and systems solutions which enable ADMs strategy.
nThis role will be focused on the North American IBM Mainframe, serving as a technical expert to support Financial, Sales and Inventory systems.
Job Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, testing and deploying new system enhancements and maintaining existing system functionalityn
- Provide technical design assistance and review of small or medium enhancements and projectsn
- Perform code review and approval to enforce coding standards across applicationsn




- Write detailed technical designs for business requests, partnering with business and GT teams as neededn
- Perform technical assessment of 3rd party solutionsn
- Provide technical expertise and support for merger and acquisition efforts.n
- Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned workn

nJob Requirements:

- n
- 5+ years programming experience with demonstrated increase in responsibilitiesn
- Proficient with COBOL in mainframe environmentn
- Database experience with IMS/DB, DB2 and VSAMn
- Significant CICS experiencen
- Extensive MVS JCL experiencen
- IMS DC, QUIKJOB, MQ experience a plusn
- Financial, Sales and/or Inventory systems experience highlight desiredn
- Exhibits ability to work both in a geographically diverse team workplace and independentlyn
