What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
nThe Support Lead (OMS/EMS) is responsible for overseeing the support and optimization of Order Management and Execution Management Systems (OMS/EMS) across multiple trading platforms. This senior role provides leadership, strategic direction, and hands?on expertise in managing complex trading environments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering robust client and business solutions. Build robust relationships with Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.

nHow Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

- Lead the OMS/EMS application support function, including team oversight, mentoring, and continuous improvement.n
- Own production stability for client-facing trading systems (monitoring, incident response, problem management, and service restoration).n




- Act as the senior SME for OMS/EMS workflows and FIX-based connectivity; drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes with technology partners.n
- Manage risks and issues end-to-end, including proactive mitigation and executive-ready communications.n
- Partner with Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance/Risk, Operations, and Technology to prioritize fixes, enhancements, and release readiness.n
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements (e.g., best execution, audit readiness).n
- Oversee vendor/broker integrations and escalations; manage SLAs and service performance.n
- Run offshore support operations including structured handover/handoff, overlap coverage, runbooks, and knowledge management.n
- Lead disaster recovery planning/execution and oversee post-trade deliverables (drop copies, end-of-day files, regulatory reporting).n
