nBroadcom Gen / COOL .

nMust Have:
n5+ years of hands-on CA Gen / Broadcom Gen / COOL
nStrong understanding of CA Gen runtime framework & model internals
nHands-on experience analyzing CA Gen-generated COBOL code
n5+ years of COBOL development
nProven experience successfully migrating or modernizing CA Gen applications
nStrong legacy application modernization experience
n
nNice to Have:
nJava, C#/.NET, AWS, mainframe modernization, or cloud migration experience.
