nWhat you'll do

- N
- Develop a deep understanding of internal application behavior and tech operations across data centers and applications N
- Analyze problems, diagnose and fix bugs of low complexity when appropriate. N
- Work with developers toidentify and resolve more complicated problems N
- Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs N
- Adapt installer, shell scripts and perl scripts and aggressively automate manual tasks through scripting.
