BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
nThe Shared Platform Technologies, Personal Banking & Direct Financial Services Technology, provides Tier 1 service for Retail Banking and parts of Wholesale Banking, as well as key enterprise technology capabilities such as Enterprise Customer Information, and Enterprise Integration and Messaging Services.
nJOB PURPOSE:
nThe Services Developer is responsible for the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale application development projects, primarily focusing on back-end Java development within CIBCs SPT Team. This role plays a key part in CIBCs digital transformation by designing, developing, and supporting multiple applications, ensuring cutting-edge, cost-effective, and scalable technology solutions in alignment with the banks business goals. The incumbent will provide technical leadership and mentorship within the ECIS Team, supporting project delivery and fostering a collaborative team environment.
