- Manage day-to-day freight forwarding sales & operation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness N
- Sales experience at regional level N
- Develop staff skills through training, performance reviews, and goal setting to enhance team productivity and efficiency N
- Should be well familiarwith the Maharashtra and Goa region and its varied trade nuances related achieve P&L; of region. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. N

- Collaborate with Branch Head to define the branch's growth strategies and align with broader organizational goals N
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, including expanding service offerings, improving market penetration, and increasing operational capacity. N
- Responsible for P&L; of Mumbai/ Pune Region. N
- Overall business development (forwarding Air and Sea, trucking,



Heavy haulage, CHA, 3PL etc..) N
- Oversee the entire freight forwarding process, ensuring timely and effective handling of ocean and air (Export & Import) shipments & custom clearance. N
- To ensure an effective Customer Relationship Management at local level. N
- To work on a continuousimprovement plan to bring in efficiencies and lower down costs. N
- To maintain a high level of transparency in his functioning through an effective reporting system. N
- Be an integral role in new Business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding on new clients and improve revenue. N
- To understating client challenges and presenting right solution and articulating solution benefits mapped to their needs N
- Identifying potential customer with possessed strong customer Base. N
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure the branch maintains a competitive edge in the marketplace N
