NBirla Pivot (Grasim Industries Ltd., an Aditya Birla Group venture) is looking for a Logistics Operation Executive to join our Operations & Customer Experience team
NLocation: Bangalore
NType: 11-month Contract (Off-roll)
NReporting to: Team Manager – Logistics Operations
NWhat you'll do:
NTrack shipments end-to-end via TMS & transporter networks
NCoordinate with drivers &transporters; on issue resolution
NDrive POD collection & documentation compliance
NManage exceptions, claims& trip closures
NMaintain MIS reports & operational dashboards
NWhat we're looking for:
NGraduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics/Supply Chain
N1–2 years in logistics ops, shipment tracking, or escalation handling
NProficiency in MS Excel;
ERP/CRM (Zoho) exposure preferred
NStrong communication & stakeholder management skills
