What you will own:
Experience Layer Engineering: Build and own AI platform interfaces, SDKs, developer tools, playgrounds, and reference applications. AI-Native User Experiences: Design modern AI interaction patterns including streaming responses, agent workflows, tool calls, citations, human review, and graceful failure handling. Backend Services & Orchestration: Develop APIs, retrieval pipelines, model orchestration, caching, rate limiting, observability, and integration services. Quality & Evaluation: Instrument applications with tracing, evaluation frameworks, feedback capture, and quality measurement to continuously improve user outcomes. Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with Platform, ML, Product, and Infrastructure teams to establish best practices for AI product development. Engineering Excellence: Contribute reusable patterns, documentation, code reviews,



and technical standards for AI application development across the organization. Qualifications:
5 to 8 years building and shipping production-grade full stack applications. Robust front-end expertise with Type Script and React. Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Golang. Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native services. Strong product mindset with attention to user experience, latency, reliability, and error handling. Hands-on experience building with LLMs, including APIs, streaming, RAG, tool usage, agents, or conversational AI. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and deliver independently. Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
