Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, online channels and local networking Meet customers and understand their requirements Conduct product/service demonstrations Convert qualified leads into customers Build relationships with organisations, healthcare institutions, service providers and community groups Manage and maintain the sales pipeline Follow up through calls, Whats App and in-person meetings Coordinate customer onboarding with the internal team Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate sales records Achieve monthly sales and business development targets Requirements
1+ years of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Healthcare Services / Medical Devices / Consumer Technology / Home Automation / Saa S / Telecom or similar industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with customer meetings and travelling within Bengaluru Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated Basic knowledge of Whats App, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred Kannada & English communication preferred What We Offer
