Job Description-:

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, with strong expertise in GCP, Big Query, and SQL. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand complex data and business requirements, design practical solutions, and deliver them into production.

The candidate should be highly hands-on, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and capable of independently owning solutions from requirement gathering through development, deployment, and production support.

Key Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on expertise in GCP, particularly Big Query and Cloud Storage (GCS) Excellent SQL skills, including complex queries, data transformation, reconciliation, optimization, and performance tuning Strong experience designing and developing ETL/ELT data pipelines Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling,



and data integration Experience with Big Query partitioning, clustering, incremental processing, and cost optimization Solid programming skills in Python and familiarity with Bash/Shell scripting Experience integrating data from databases, APIs, files, and cloud platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data and production issues Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar data environments and develop practical solutions Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team Preferred/Good to Have:
Experience with GCP services such as Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, IAM, and Cloud Composer/Airflow Experience with Dataform or dbt Exposure to AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, and IAM Knowledge of P
