Job Summary:
Workday Reporting & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, and business stakeholders. This role will partner with functional teams to transform business requirements into actionable insights, ensure data integrity,



and deliver scalable reporting solutions that drive informed decision-making.

The position plays a critical role in enabling data-driven business decisions by providing accurate, timely, and meaningful workforce and operational analytics through Workday reporting tools and data visualization platforms.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring:
- Availability of accurate and reliable Workday data for business reporting and decision-making.
- Effective utilization of Workday reporting capabilities, including Standard Reports, Custom Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, and Dashboards.
- Timely delivery of operational, compliance, regulatory, and executive reporting requirements.
- Consistent data governance, security, and reporting standards across Workday.
