About the Role

AFH is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base and lead the process of turning prospects into partners. This is an end-to-end business development role — from identifying and researching new clients, through crafting proposals and pitching, to supporting execution once a project is won. The ideal candidate is a solid communicator who is comfortable working independently in a remote setup and is quick to adopt AI tools to work smarter and faster.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build a pipeline of new client and partnership opportunities relevant to AFH's work.
- Reach out to prospective clients and partners through calls, emails, and networking to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Develop compelling, well-structured proposals and pitch decks tailored to each prospect's needs.
- Lead or support pitch meetings and presentations,



representing AFH professionally to external stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms and close new business, working closely with leadership on deal structuring.
- Coordinate with internal teams during project execution to ensure client commitments made during the sales process are delivered on.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client interactions (pipeline tracking, follow-ups, status updates).
- Use AI tools to speed up research, proposal drafting, and outreach personalization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to write persuasively and present confidently.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word (proposal and document creation) and MS Excel (pipeline tracking, basic data analysis).
