Role and Responsibilities:

- Implement industry-leading practices to elevate the release management lifecycle.n
- Develop and present high-level dashboards and reporting metrics to guide decision-making.n
- Mentor the team in utilizing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.n
- Provide leadership in cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.n
- Drive communication strategies across teams for successful and harmonized releases.n
- Offer expert technical leadership and guidance to the release team.n
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical challenges during releases.n
- Effectively communicate complex release and process changes throughout the organization and to customers.n
- Conduct and lead impactful release meetings, ensuring alignment and understanding.n
- Monitor, measure, and ensure the continuous improvement of software releases.n
- Lead initiatives for operational excellence, enhancing team processes and productivity.n

- 5+ years of release management experiencen
- Bachelors degree in engineering, CS, physics, math, statistics, or another related field or equivalent work experiencen
- Ability to participate in on-call dutyn
- Experience in the release management lifecycle in regards to the SDLCn
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem solving abilities.n
- Experience working in a customer facing rolen
- Expertise with issues tracking/management toolsn
- Expertise in utilizing advanced reporting tools for release management and analysis.n
- Version control tools: Git, Bitbucketn
- Expertise in utilizing advanced reporting tools for release management and analysis.n
