ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with solid B2C and B2B sales experience to drive revenue through prospect engagement, lead conversion, and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




- Drive inbound and outbound sales for EdTech products and solutions.
- Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant learning solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Engage with B2B prospects and support lead-generation initiatives.
- Use sales and prospecting tools to identify and engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion and revenue.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers.

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, EdTech Sales, B2C/B2B Sales, or a similar role.
- Strong commun
