Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, ENTC) or MBA (any stream).
/n
- Experience: 4–12 years in Aerospace, Automotive or General Manufacturing.
/n
- Core Skills: Project management tools (MS Project, Critical Path, Gantt Charts), SAP-HANA, financial/budget tracking, QMS standards, technical data packages, and assembly processes.
/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Strategic Planning

/n

/n
- Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Risk Mitigation plans alongside Cross-Functional Teams (CFT).
/n
- Translate customer purchase orders, contracts, and technical packs into actionable project plans.
/n
- Align manpower, materials, machinery, and budgets with annual operating plans.
/n

/n

Execution & Monitoring

/n

/n
- Track project milestones, schedules, costs, and quality metrics using plan vs. actual data.
/n
- Lead CFTs to proactively identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and escalate issues to leadership.




/n
- Manage program financials, including budgets, revenues, cost variances, and support function headcount.
/n
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMR).
/n

/n

Stakeholder & Administrative Coordination

/n

/n
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal operations, support teams, and external customers.
/n
- Host high-level customer visits, including agenda planning, presentations, and logistics.
/n
- Set annual team goals and report program status to top management and the Board.
/n

/n
