nScope: Proactively identify and engage top talent through effective internet, database, and social media sourcing strategies.

- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.n
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sourcing strategies.n
- Sourcing Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sourcing plans tailored to specific client needs. Should be very excellent with Job portals like Naukri & LinkedInn
- Reporting and Relationship Management: Provide regular updates on sourcing activities and act as a main point of contact for clients and recruiters.n
