nEnterprise Payments Technology (EPT) is a technology function within CIBC Enterprise Technology, supporting the applications and platforms that enable wire payment processing services across the bank. We are responsible for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining innovative, secure, resilient, and scalable solutions for business-critical high-value payment capabilities, including Wires. Through the Enterprise Wires Modernization (EWM) program, our team is delivering a modernized wire payment platform that provides easy, adaptable, and personalized solutions to enhance the client experience and support the banks evolving payments strategy.
nJOB PURPOSE:
nThe Senior Manager, Application Development is responsible for managing multiple development projects, development groups, and application support functions for a major line of business. The role applies professional knowledge to oversee the development, testing, and implementation of organization-wide systems while directing, inspiring,



and developing staff to maximize their individual contribution and function effectively as a team. This role leads resource planning and allocation, monitors and improves quality, promotes best-practice development techniques, and partners with the business in the development, testing, and implementation of application programs that support business improvement.
