nAbout the Role :-
nWe are looking for an Area Manager – Clinic Operations to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and performance of Allo Health clinics across Gujarat.
n

nThe role requires a hands-on and highly mobile leader who can independently manage multiple clinics, coordinate with doctors and clinic teams, ensure excellent patient experience, and drive operational and business performance.
nExtensive intercity travel will be required whenever the business demands.

nKey Responsibilities :-

- Take end-to-end ownership of clinic operations across Gujarat.n
- Manage clinics across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot.n
- Travel extensively across assigned locations based on business requirements.n




- Monitor clinic performance, revenue, conversions, patient bookings and operational KPIs.n
- Lead and manage PRMs and clinic teams across locations.n
- Coordinate closely with doctors regarding availability, schedules and clinic requirements.n
- Ensure excellent patient/customer experience at all clinics.n
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of patient and operational issues.n
- Ensure adherence to Allo Health SOPs, processes and service standards.n
- Monitor clinic infrastructure, hygiene, branding and overall readiness.n
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.n
- Coordinate with central teams including HR, Finance, Marketing, Technology and Operations.n
- Prepare and share regular performance and operational reports.n
- Support recent clinic launches and expansion initiatives.n
- Drive process improvement and ensure consistent execution across all clinics.n
