About the Role We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager — Restaurant Partnerships to take ownership of restaurant acquisition and partnerships for Countr across Hyderabad. This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on building our restaurant network. You’ll work directly with restaurant owners and decision-makers, understand their current setup,



present Countr, handle objections, negotiate partnerships, and drive the sales process through onboarding. We’re looking for someone who already understands the restaurant and food-tech ecosystem and can independently build relationships and close partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Own restaurant acquisition and partnership growth across Hyderabad • Identify and target restaurants, restaurant chains, cloud kitchens, and F&B; businesses • Build and manage a robust pipeline of restaurant prospects • Meet restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers in person • Understand their current ordering, delivery, and food-platform setup • Present Countr and demonstrate its value to restaurant businesses • Handle sales objections, commercial discussions, and negotiations • Close restaurant partnerships and drive successful onboarding • Manage the complete sales cycle — prospecting, meetings
