Key Responsibilities 1. Showroom Operations & Sales Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure achievement of sales targets. Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement . Ensure high standards of customer service and buying experience . 2. Visual Merchandising & Interior Presentation Manage showroom layout, product display, and interior arrangements . Ensure aesthetic presentation aligned with global luxury retail standards . Regularly update displays to enhance customer engagement and product visibility. 3.
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain solid relationships with high-value clients, architects, and interior designers . Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures professionally. Ensure repeat business through excellent service and follow-up. 4. Team Leadership & Training Lead, train, and motivate the showroom sales team. Conduct regular training on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer handling .
