- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact.n
- Understand client business needs and provide strategic advertising, creative, digital, and localization solutions.n
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.n
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.n
- Lead new business pitches, proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and closures.n
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Digital, Production,



and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.n
- Monitor account revenue, profitability, and business growth against targets.n
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for long-term partnerships.n

nKey Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in client servicing, account management, business development, or a combination of these.n
- Proven track record of account growth and new client acquisition.n
- Experience in an advertising, creative, digital, or integrated marketing agency.n
- Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.n
- Should be commercially driven with strong business and revenue ownership.n
