nRole Overview:
nWe're looking for a results-driven Business Development skilled to drive new client acquisition and account growth for our EAP and wellness offerings across corporate India. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to responding to RFPs and closing enterprise deals — with a strong focus on HR and CXO-level stakeholders.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for EAP and wellness services among mid-size to large enterprises, PSUs, and banking/financial-sector organizationsn
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed revenue and new-logo targetsn
- Lead client pitches and presentations to HR heads, CHROs, and senior leadership, articulating the business case for employee mental health and wellness investmentn




- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D;, and Total Rewards stakeholders for long-term account growth and renewalsn
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to shape sales strategy and messagingn
- Collaborate with clinical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-salen
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM hygienen

nRequirements

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling EAP, corporate wellness.n
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesn
- Experience responding to formal RFPs/tenders, especially with PSU or banking-sector clients, is a strong plusn
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to build credible relationships with senior HR and business leadersn
- Self-starter, comfortable with
