nLocation: Bangalore
nType: 11-month Contract (Off-roll)
nReporting to: Team Manager – Logistics Operations
nWhat you'll do:
nTrack shipments end-to-end via TMS & transporter networks
nCoordinate with drivers & transporters on issue resolution
nDrive POD collection & documentation compliance
nManage exceptions, claims & trip closures
nMaintain MIS reports & operational dashboards
nWhat we're looking for:
nGraduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics/Supply Chain
n1–2 years in logistics ops, shipment tracking, or escalation handling
nProficiency in MS Excel; ERP/CRM (Zoho) exposure preferred
nStrong communication & stakeholder management skills
